10 YO INJURED AND HIS FATHER DEAD, IN CLARENDON

A 10 year old boy is nursing a gunshot wound to his arm, while his father is dead following an early morning attack in Comfort in Osbourne Store, Clarendon.

The deceased, has been identified as 30 year old Bishawn Whorrier, an employee of the Clarendon branch of the National Irrigation Commission (NIC).

Reports are that both were asleep about 1:00 a.m., when their house was shot up.

Mr. Whorrier’s brother-in-law, who described him as a hardworking man, told RJR News the shooting has come as a shock to the family.
