A 15 year old boy who is said to have fatally shot a man on Payne Avenue off Spanish Town Road in Kingston Monday afternoon is under police guard in hospital.
The deceased is unidentified.
The St. Andrew South Police say the teenager was shot during the incident.
Shortly before 3 o’clock, the teenager reportedly walked up to the man and shot him.
The teenager was challenged by a licensed firearm holder and was shot.
Another man was also shot.
