WTF AFRICA-ZIMBO PEOPLE WAA SEE GOBLIN VIDEO

GOBLIN

A video showing “Ernest Ndlovu,” the notorious Cowdray Park goblin being exorcised by tsikamutandas is selling like hot cakes in that neighbourhood. The residents had been living in fear of “invisible beings” that reportedly attacked their homes, breaking window panes and roofing sheets. About 240 families from section 18 in Cowdray Park in Bulawayo ended up contributing $5 each to raise $1,200 to transport prophets from different churches to cleanse their neighbourhood.

But it was no walk in the park for the prophets as they were met with stiff resistance, receiving their fair share of blows from “Ernest” who refused to go down without a fight.

So chaotic was the cleansing ceremony that other people in the crowd fainted while others seemed to be possessed by “Ernest” as they rolled on the ground. As all this was happening, an alert individual captured all the proceedings on video.

Two weeks after the cleansing ceremony, a 20-minute video clip has emerged at the popular Cowdray Park Terminus, attracting many people from that neighbourhood and suburbs such as Nkulumane, Emganwini and Magwegwe West who missed the cleansing ceremony. For $1, one may watch the footage on DVD.

“We want to relive the day that we were freed from this goblin that had been terrorising us for the past years,” said a Cowdray Park resident who only named herself as MaNcube. One of the vendors said they were making close to $50 daily from DVD sales.

“The goblin DVDs are more popular than the latest movies that we sell. People want to watch their own stories and this is one of them. On a good day, I make about $50 from DVD sales,” said Mpolisa, one of the vendors.
