This man by the name of (H—- L——-) is walking around scamming people about he is a building and apparently he is a deportie from england, i wanna know how i can go about putting him in the newspaper in jamaica and any advice to get some legal aid, i have voicenote, contract and money transfer, his address etc. i just need some advice thank you.

I’m positive that you can’t just put anyone’s name in the paper claiming dem of illrepute.Contact the local police and make a report. In my limited knowledge of the law I can tell you that YOU CAN NOT PUT HIS NAME IN THE PAPERS BECAUSE HE IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY BY A COURT,HE MUST HAVE HIS DAY IN COURT TO SUBSTANTIATE UR CLAIMS.
GOOD LUCK…TAKE A HINT BY REALIZING THAT MET DIDN’T PRINT HIS NAME. .WE ALL KNOW WHY!!
