George H.W. Bush dies
George H.W. Bush, the 41st President of the United States, died on Friday evening at age 94.
Bush, father of the 43rd president, George W. Bush, served one term in the White House, from January 1989 to January 1993.
Prior to that he served two terms as Vice-President to President Ronald Reagan.
His years of public service also saw him serving in the House of Representatives, Ambassador to the United Nations, as US Representative to China, and as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.
His death comes just eight months after the passing of his wife of seven decades, Barbara.
