AS PER A COMMENT ON FACEBOOK…THE PERSON IS CLAIMING THAT 20 NICARAGUAN POLITICIANS HAVE LOST THEIR VISAS..POLITICIANS WHO SHOULD HAVE HAD DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY AUTOMATICALLY.

NEED TO SEE PROOF…
because they’re politicians it doesn’t necessarily means they have diplomatic immunity let alone automatic, it depends on their stature in the government and most importantly their post, a councilor or local goverment official doesn’t possess diplomatic immunity, neither does an MP or a senator/legislator, but a foreign affairs minister/secratary of state, homeland security director/minister, ambassador or liason, head of state, vice or deputy and a undersecretary would be more than likely granted status, that still can be revoke if certain situations arise such as national security threat, espionage, international crime such as drug trafficking, terrorism etc.
