Now by fluke I met dis boy and long story short he told me he had nowhere to live and if I knew of anything. But true mi name come to help us I offered MY apartment that I had and was not staying at. Now dis likkle ungrateful twit stayed in the apartment for over three years…honestly Met it was a non issue for me cause sometimes if yuh can help a person yuh should…and please believe mi sey mi neva know dis boy from nuh wey.
Real talk…if me an him did inna suppen mi maybe wouldnt even vex suh. Last year before the summer mi tell him sey mi ah guh give up the place and him need fi sort out himself accordingly. Mi talk to di dunce boy and explain everything to him…him sey fine. Inna November last year mi see im ah one dance and mi ask him if him nuh plan fi move cause up till dem time deh him still have him things ah di apartment…again him promise sey him ah guh get him tings…here dis now…WHEN HIM MOVE INNA DI PLACE ALL HIM COME WID AH HIM GARBAGE BAG DEM WID CLOTHES … THAT IS IT…HIM NEVA EVEN HAVE A BED…HE GOT THE SPACE FULLY FURNISHED…DUNG TO MI KNIFE AND FORK DEM DI P#@@* GET. I WENT TO THE APARTMENT ONE DAY AND REALIZE THAT HE WAS SLEEPING ON MY BED MI TELL DI NASTINESS SEY HIM AND HIM WOMAN CAYH A SLEEP PON MI BED AND AS A BIG SELECTOR INNA DANCE HIM NEED TO BUY A BED. WITH THAT SAID ALL NOW IT NUH HAPPEN.
MI TELL HIM SEY HIM FI PAY MI FI MI MATTRESS AS IT WAS NOT CHEAP. ALL NOW!!!! FAST FORWARD TO THIS MAWING WHEN MI CALL DI PROPERTY OFFICE DI LADY INFORM ME THAT FROM APRIL 2015 DI BUMBOHOLE DONT PAY NO RENT…LIKE REALLY AND AT PRESENT MI OWE COUPLE THOUSANDS WELL…YUH SEE TRUE MI WANH FI GUH SEE JESUS…MI AH BEG UHNUH TELL DAH BATTY MAN DEH SEY HIM FI COME CKECK MI…CAUSE HIM NUH HAVE NUH PHONE AND MI WAAN STOP GUH DANCE AND THAT SEEM TO BE THE ONLY PLACE ONE MAY BE ABLE TO BUCK HIM. Exactly my point nobody is going to let u stay in their place rent free for almost a year eviction would happen after a few warnings or notices.Also the landlord would of contacted u via phone after not getting through letters…if he lived for 9 months rent free im sure lots of ppl would love to rent from this landlord coz ive never heard of this from i born worst off in toronto where they r so money hungry. The only way this story would make sense is if this “apartment” is welfare housing. Why would anyone be pay rent for an apartment and not living in it, but living elsewhere? You would if the rent was $250 a month…only “housing” would allow this situation to go on so long without evicting someone. Additionally where was supposed to go pay the rent, was he added onto the “lease”? Probably Not…Any person who would let someone use their apartment, should have the sense to have the person pay them the rent directly. Chris is a damn fool but I have to wonder about the person who let this situation carry on for 9 months…
