A man was killed this afternoon after a truck fell into a hole at the National Chest Hospital in St Andrew.
The police Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) has confirmed the incident.
However, CCU said it was still trying to get more information about the identity of the victim and the circumstances under which he was killed.
I need to know if this was a sink hole that gave away suddenly or if thus hole was there a long time waiting for such a tragedy to occur? Rip to the victim.
The hole was a sink hole n the sideman was backing up directing the truck to let off a load when the surface gave way n the truck crushed him.This is according to a link who spoke with the owner of the truck today as to what transpired.
