Thirty-five-year-old Philip Brown of Old Hope Road, St Andrew has now been charged with the murder of his 31-year-old ex-girlfriend Kerry-Ann Wilson.
Wilson’s body was found wrapped in a tarpaulin on a bridge on Saturday, December 10 near the Crystal Towers Apartments home they shared.
Brown is scheduled to appear in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court on Friday, December 16.
He was arrested on Sunday morning after he surrendered to the Half-Way Tree police in the company of his relatives.
