STEPPING INTO GREATNESS – MYSTERY OF FEET-WASHING IS RABBONI’S PARTING GIFT TO US. 01/09/2017
EVERLASTING FATHER, WE THANK YOU TONIGHT FOR WHAT ONLY YOU CAN DO AND HAVE BEEN DOING IN OUR LIVES, AND THE GREAT THINGS YOU ARE SET TO DO BY THE MYSTERY OF FEET WASHING TONIGHT.
6408. A THOUSAND MORE PEOPLE WERE ADDED TO THIS HOLY ASSEMBLY IN AUGUST. I BURST INTO TEARS ANYTIME THESE ONES COME ASKING, “WHAT IS RABBONI?”, “WHO IS RABBONI? “
TEARS OF JOY BECAUSE THESE ONES ALL THEIR CHRISTIAN LIVES HAVE NOT BEEN ACCUSTOMED TO THIS DIMENSION OF OUR BELOVED MASTER AND TEACHER – JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH.
BEFORE THESE ONES BOMBARD ME WITH QUESTIONS OF WHAT AND HOW OF FEET-WASHING, LET ME QUICKLY EXPLAIN THESE MYSTERY BEQUEATHED TO US BY THE OUR BELOVED RABBONI.
6409. STEPPING INTO GREATNESS: THE MYSTERY OF FEET-WASHING
JOHN 13:1-17:
1. “Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.” 2. “And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him;” 3. “Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God;” 4. “He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.”
5. “After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.” 6. “Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet?” 7. “Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.” 8. “Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.” 9. “Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and myhead.” 10. “Jesus saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.” 11. “For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.”
12. “So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you? 13. *”Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for soI am.” 14. “If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.”
15. “For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.”
16. “Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.”
17. “If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.”
6410. I HAVE NOT COME TO INTRODUCE A GOD SO FAR AWAY IN REMOTE HEAVEN OR TOO DISTANT IN THE GALAXIES. I HAVE ONLY COME TO REMIND YOU OF A GOD WHO WALKS THE DUSTY ROADS OF THIS EARTH, A GOD WHO TOOK THE FORM OF MAN AND WAS TIRED, HUNGRY, ANGRY, WEPT, PRAYED, ATE, DRANK, FELLOWSHIPED, LIKE OTHER MEN WHILE ON EARTH. A GOD WHO WAS TOUCHED BY THE SAME CHALLENGES WE ALL HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH.

6411. JESUS OUR MASTER IS AN ENIGMA. AND HE DID NOT LEAVE US WITH QUESTIONS WITHOUT ANSWERS.

6412. I CALL THE MYSTERY OF FEET-WASHING AS: “THE PARTING GIFT OF RABBONI”
JOHN 13:1:

6413. A PARTING GIFT IS A MEMORABLE PRESENT WHICH HOLDS THE MEMORIES OF A DEPARTED PERSON.
HE KNEW HIS HOUR OF DEPARTURE WAS AT HAND, SO HE GAVE THEM THE GIFT OF FEET-WASHING SO WHENEVER WE REMEMBER HIM, AND DON’T WANT TO MISS HIM, BUT WALK IN DOMINION THE WAY HE WALKED WHILE HE WAS WITH US, THEN WE INAUGURATE THE MYSTERY SO THAT AFTER WASHING OUR FEET, WE WOULD DO GREATER WORKS THROUGH HIM, AS IF HE WAS PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN ACTION WITH US.
THAT’S THE MYSTERY OF FEET-WASHING SIMPLY EXPLAINED
6414. A LOT OF RELIGIOUS PREACHERS ON IGNORANT PULPITS WANT US TO BELIEVE THAT FEET-WASHING IS A LESSON ON HUMILITY TAUGHT US BY THE MASTER. BUT IT IS MORE THAN THAT!
THE GOSPEL OF HUMILITY IS NOT SOME FANCY LESSONS IN PIOUS STUPIDITY! THE GOSPEL OF HUMILITY IS THE GOSPEL OF POWER. IT IS ALSO GOSPEL OF TERRITORIAL GREATNESS!
THE FEET IS THE SYMBOL OF TERRITORIAL POSSESSION! UNLESS YOUR FEET IS WASHED BY HIM, YOU CANNOT WALK IN DOMINION OVER EVERY OF LIFE’S DISPENSED AFFLICTIONS! TERRITORIAL CHAMPIONS HAVE THE FEET OF POSSESSORS.
THE EARTH IS THE LORD’S AND THE FULLNESS THEREOF. BUT UNLESS YOU INHERIT THE EARTH, YOU CANNOT EXERCISE THE MANDATE OF DOMINION GIVEN TO YOU BY THE OWNER OF THE EARTH. THAT’S WHY WE PLUNGE WITH OUR FAITH INTO THIS MYSTERY OF FEET-WASHING.
MEEKNESS IS THE KEY THAT OPENS THE DOOR OF POWER OF POSSESSING THE EARTH.

THIS IS NO LONGER ORDINARY WATER, THE BLOOD OF JESUS IS FRESHLY POURED INTO EVERY WATER YOU HAVE FETCHED IN READINESS FOR THIS MYSTERY TONIGHT, MAY EVERY DESTINY AFFLICTIONS BE WASHED AWAY AS YOU DIP YOUR FEET ONE BY ONE INTO THAT WATER IN THE NEXT FEW MINUTES AS I GIVE THE COMMAND IN THE NAME OF JESUS.
