UNIDENTIFIED MAN MURDERED AND LEFT ON STREET IN MOBAY

Police in Montego Bay, St James are reporting that the death of an unidentified man whose body was found on Orange Street on Friday, December 21 is now being treated as a murder.

The lawmen are speculating that the man was in his late thirties and was of dark complexion, medium build and was about 183 centimetres (6 feet) tall.

The deceased had a straight face with facial hair, a straight nose, low-cut hair with the front of his head bald. He was clad in white T-shirt, army-green jeans and was barefoot.

According to the constabulary’s Corporate Communications Unit (CCU), passers-by saw the body lying along the road about 6:00 pm on Friday and called the police. Residents took the man to hospital, however he was pronounced dead.

CCU said forensic crime scene investigators processed the body on Saturday, December 22 and found that it had a stab wound to the chest and a wound to the head.
