A married 25-year-old Harare man has been convicted for repetitively engaging in car sex with his 14-year-old sweetheart by the roadside.
Tinashe Madzudzo did not deny the sex claims when he appeared in court.
According to H-Metro, Madzudzo used to shower his lover with cash ranging from $1 to $5.
“The accused used to give the complainant money and at one point he gave her $1 to buy sadza and on another occasion he gave her $5 to go for a trip,” the court heard.
“The accused would also ferry her in his car. It is reasonable to believe that there was a love relationship between the two.
According to the section in which he is being charged of it is a criminal offence to have sex with a minor.
The court heard that on February 25 this year around 2pm Madzudzo was with the girl at Sam levy’s village and he suggested that they drive to a secluded park.
It is reported that the two lover birds later had sex in the car.
However, the sex encounters came to light when he was brave enough to confront his lover’s mother demanding to know why she assaulted his lover.
