The pants of a 28-year-old passenger arriving at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Saturday were “rather snug,” federal authorities said.

Authorities said they found 10 pounds of cocaine taped to a New York City man’s legs when he arrived on a flight to JFK Airport on Saturday from the Dominican Republic.

That’s because the New York City man had 10 pounds of cocaine worth an estimated $164,000 taped to his body under his clothes, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Authorities made the discovery after taking Juan Carlos Galan Luperon to a private room, where a search turned up the drugs.

Galan Lupeon was “busting out of his pants” and “exhibited numerous signs of nervousness” when he arrived at customs after getting off a flight from the Dominican Republic, officials said.

He faces federal narcotics smuggling charges and will be prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern N.Y. District.
