A 16 year old has been ordered to serve three years’ probation after pleading guilty to possession of identity information.
He was sentenced on Friday in the Westmoreland Circuit Court.
Meanwhile, three men who also pleaded guilty to the same offence in the court were sentenced on Thursday.
They are Randy Richards, Lincoln Chaikim and Odane Warren.
Richards and Chaikim were fined $350,000 or three years imprisonment at hard labour and four years’ imprisonment at hard labour suspended for three years.
Warren was fined $350,000 or two years imprisonment at hard labour and two years imprisonment at hard labour to run concurrently if the fine is not paid.
