They are scheduled to appear before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Wednesday to answer charges of possession of and taking steps preparatory to export ganja as well as conspiracy.
The Narcotics Police report that just before mid-day Sheppy checked-in at the airport to board a flight destined for the Eastern Caribbean.
The police say during a search of her luggage six-and-a-half pounds of compressed ganja, with a street value of $26,000, was found in a false compartment.
Rowe was subsequently taken into custody.
