Two more members of the St. Catherine based Uchence gang have been arrested.
A man and a woman, were picked up on Tuesday by detectives from the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime (C-TOC) Branch.
This was disclosed by Assistant Commissioner Fitz Bailey, head of C-TOC.
This increases to 29 the number of gang members arrested by C-TOC since last week.
C-TOC disclosed at a media briefing on Tuesday that fifteen alleged gang members, including a police corporal were arrested on the weekend during a major operation.
They are scheduled to face identification parades in coming weeks.
The gang has been linked to murders, shootings, robberies and rapes across several parishes.
C-TOC claimed the gang has stolen more than $400 million in goods in its criminal rampage.
