The case involving Jamaican deejay Admiral Bailey was today rescheduled when he appeared in the Corporate Area Criminal Court to answer to fraud charges.

At the request of his attorney, Tom Tavares-Finson, his case was rescheduled for April 14.

The deejay, whose real name is Glendon Bailey, did not enter a plea, however, his attorney told the court that his client has been using the passport that landed him in court for 30 years.

Police reported last month that Bailey went to the Passport Immigration and Citizenship Agency and attempted to renew a passport in the name Micheal George Sullivan.

He was subsequently detained and charges later laid against him for two counts of uttering forged documents; two counts of obtaining passport by false pretence; two counts of possession of forged documents; one count of attempting to obtain a passport by false pretence; and one count of conspiracy to defraud.
