The bullet-riddled body of a man was discovered in bushes here by the police Wednesday night.
He is 47-year-old Irving Williams of Airy Castle in the parish.
Reports reaching OBSERVER ONLINE are that about 8: 30 pm residents heard explosions and reportedly contacted the police.
It is said that upon their arrival, Williams’s body was seen lying in a pool of blood.
He was confirmed dead at hospital.
