A quantity of assorted ammunition was today handed over to the police by members of a church group in Duhaney Park, St Andrew.
Information received from the Duhaney Park police is that about 4:30 pm, residents and members of a church group were on religious mission in the Patrick City area of Duhaney Park, when they were approached by a motorcyclist who handed over a sock containing thirteen 12-guage cartridges and twenty-five 9mm rounds.
The group then handed over the sock containing the ammunition to the police.
