Two television journalists were shot and killed in Virginia on Wednesday morning while conducting a live television interview, their station, WDBJ7 said.

The incident occurred during a live broadcast in Bedford County, when shots could be heard, sending the reporter and her source screaming and ducking for cover.

The station said that journalists Alison Parker and Adam Ward died in the incident.

  1. So damn sad. Who thinks by just simply going to work, something you’ve done a thousand times before, that it would be your last day……RIP

  2. The gunman committed suicide today. He is a former employer who had issues with the cameraman after he reported him and made him lose his job.

  3. Too many of these incidents; you go to the supermarket, movie theater, school, park, work, spa, hairdresser, restaurant, plane, train, what have you, there is one fckr who decide him going to kill innocent ppl.

  4. It’s now reported that it was a former reporter who felt racially slighted. He must have been truly slighted to go this far.
