Man detained after thugs shoot up police station in Westmoreland

One man is now in custody following a shooting incident at the Morgan Bridge police station in Grange Hill Westmoreland this morning.
A police officer sustained minor injuries during the incident.
Reports are that shortly after 3 o’clock this morning, the man who has been now been detained, stormed into the guardroom and said he was there to make a complaint.
It is understood that while the man was making the complaint, several gunshots were heard being fired in the station yard.
When the shooting subsided, several bullet holes could be seen in the wall and window of the police station.
The shooting incident comes just days ahead of the visit of newly appointed security minister Robert Montague in Westmoreland for a town hall meeting.

  1. Everything name criminal within that parrish should be in a cell base on them being a threat to national security. When you dare to endanger lives in such manner then justice or death should treat the ofender inkind.
