The Red Hills Road, St Andrew-based Calabar High School retained the Boys’ title while the girls from Edwin Allen in Frankfield, Clarendon held on to the Girl’s title as the 2016 ISSA-GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championships ended without any change at the top of the heap despite keen competition over the five days which ended yesterday.
