The case involving the 11 year old boy who was implicated in the fatal chopping of a 14 year old boy in Low River, Trelawny three weeks ago was not heard in court on Friday as scheduled.
The matter was postponed for a date to be determined.
The boy has been receiving counselling through the Child Development Agency (CDA) which has also conducted a psychological assessment.
The boy was taken to court on April 5 by the police where an order was made regarding his care and protection.
He was remanded to a Place of Safety
