A 24-year-old pregnant common law wife of a Chiweshe man was arraigned before chief Makope’s court on Sunday after she was caught pants down with another man.
Wibmay Dangarembizi from Tsakare village in Mount Darwin claims to be three months pregnant and she also has a child with her customary husband Succes Maunga.
The affair emerged at Chief Makope’s court in Bare, Chiweshe where Maunga said he caught his wife enjoying bush s*x with Kenwas Chigwida.
Maunga quizzed his wife on the paternity of her pregnancy and she revealed that that Chigwida was the father of the unborn baby.
He wanted compensation over the affair from Chigwida but Chief Makope said there was no compensation due because no bride price had been paid by Maunga.
