SIX JAMAICANS FOUND HIDING IN BUSHES IN BAHAMAS TAKEN IN BY IMMIGRATION


Six Jamaicans were taken into custody in the Bahamas after they were apprehended during an immigration swoop.

A Bahamian man was arrested during the operation which was conducted at Cat Cay on Tuesday.

The police reported that, shortly after 10 o’clock in the morning, a team in Bimini went to the cay where the six undocumented Jamaicans were found hiding in bushes.

The Bahamian was later taken into custody.

The Jamaicans were handed over to Bahamian immigration officials.
