The Darliston police are investigating the killing of an unidentified man whose body was found along the roadway in Greenwich, Westmoreland yesterday.
The body is believed to be in its mid thirties, dark complexion, medium build is about 5 feet 6 inches long and was clad in a red and green cap, white shirt, multi-coloured shorts and a pair of black slippers.
Reports are that about 11:40 a.m., the police was alerted to a man seen lying on the ground.
When they arrived they saw the body lying face down in a pool of blood with a gunshot wound to the head.
Investigations are ongoing.
SECOND BODY
The body of an unidentified man was seen this morning floating in the sea in the vicinity of the waterfront in downtown, Kingston.
The body is believed to be in its late thirties, dark complexion, slim build and is about 5 feet 10 inches long, clad in a black t- shirt and black jeans pants.
Reports from the Denham Town Police are that about 6:45 a.m., residents saw the body and summoned them.
The scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue.
Investigations continue.
