EVIL AGENTS GET KNOCKED OFF THEIR HORSES
…Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things!” Romans 10:12 – 15
Today, I want you take time to thank God for the men and women of God who go around preaching the good news of the kingdom of God. There are people who have died and gone to hell without having the opportunity to hear the gospel. People now take for granted the fact that the word of God is being preached on every medium of mass communication. People even humiliate and mock the men and women who preach in buses or knock on doors to preach the good news in the comfort of their homes.
Have you also taken time to think about the fact that some of these men and women of God were and are still being killed for preaching the good news?
Saul of tarsus was at the forefront of attacks against the preachers of the good news until he had that encounter. Thank God that the evil powers and their evil agents in the human form like Boko Haram that have been bombing churches and killing Christians all over the world will get knocked off their high horses just like Saul was knocked off. Thank God for preserving the life of the men and women of God who have ministered the good news to you this year. Never forget the fact that you had the privileged of hearing the good news of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ because it was preached to you and God did not speak with a loud voice from heaven or send angels to preach to you; God choose, ordained and anointed men and women to preach to you.
