Anonymous 6:43pm, the sender is correct! they might have owed china way more, you’d be surprise what an extensive audit would find! today is china, tomorrow is isreal, especially given that jamaica is ripe for ganja and organ harvest and even bio experiment :travel its a win win for the govt, borrow money from Israel and siphon it off to offshore havens and govt. contracts etc. let Israeli bio pharmas use the impoverish population as guinea pigs in their bio experiments and thus, reduce the impoverish population, less strain on the govt. :2thumbup
Sender? to answer your question! some of that money was siphoned off to offshore accounts, cayman islands, panama, tci, antigua/bermuda, british antilles etc. even singapore and dubai, and if you dig deeper, don’t be surprise to find some of that money invested PRIVATELY in nigeria, cuba and even south africa, some were also siphoned off through govt. contracts and shady accounting practices, its hard to tell if china tricked them, as most people suspected, they(the govt) might have known beforehand what they were getting into :travel
