Africans do not want to be called Caribbean or Americans. Africans are so tribal and identify first by their tribe before even Africans. We are outsiders to them so while we are African descended we are not Africans because there is no particular tribe for us to associate to. No tribe would accept any of us, we would be complete strangers with our western mindsets. However, countries like Ghana and Senegal have land set aside for any of us who want to move to Africa in recognition of their stolen people and the children of the stolen people.
