A man and a woman, accused of stealing several items from a house in New Market in St. Elizabeth two months ago, appeared before the Parish Court on Thursday.

Richard Brown, 29, of Donegal in the parish, charged with housebreaking and larceny, was remanded.

Suzette Brown, 34, charged with conspiracy to housebreaking, had her $350,000 bail extended.

In court, it was revealed that the file was incomplete.

The matter has been set for July 10.

It was reported that between April 9 and 10, Mr. Brown and a juvenile broke into the house and stole several items reportedly valued at thousands of dollars.

A report was made to the St. Elizabeth Police which led to the arrest of Mr. Brown and the juvenile.

The juvenile is in state care.

Further investigation led to Miss Brown’s arrest.
