Pinkwall you don’t have to hide my id. Just want to share with my friends on here the experience that I have with caribbean airlines in jamaica today. I’m living out side of jamaica have two kids that was born outside of the island, each year they come to spend the summer holidays. On this day the 26 of June, my two kids and a family member checked in to caribbean airlines at the Norman Manley airport. The requirement for the kids is passport, school letter, and a consent letter FROM me plus their birthday paper. On checking in the agent ask for the school letter and the content letter. My sister who is the kids guardian was there with them. She ask them if they don’t need the birth papers, the young lady told her that it wasn’t needed. Ok!!!! they check through. On to board the flight now they ask for the birth papers, remember they already told us down stairs that it wasn’t needed. So my sister went back with them, because I have mine to give to the immigration here.
What get me so mad is caribbean airlines tell the young man that he can get on the flight, but not the children🤔 Remember it the three of them travelling together, the kids are 8 and ten. Today it proved to me that Jamaicans don’t know about customer service. The young man ask the young lady that check them in downstairs her name, She in reply told him to go and ask CARIBBEAN airlines. It this what customer service? I know if it was a white person his white ass first would be on the planeSo thank you caribbean airlines for depriving my kids of their mommy. The manager realize that they did us wrong, so their fixing it.
There are fixing it …good
