Maybe I’m missing something here, but how can a prescription be filled in Jamaica without a doctor’s name/signature on the prescription? Why did the Pharmacist filled such a prescription if there is doubt as to the dosage being too high?
BTW, did the autopsy conclusively state that the child died from the medicine?
Well, based on what she is saying, yes it could be the medication but the autopsy has not been done yet to determine the cause of death and she has not explained what happened after he took the medication to even come to the conclusion that it is the medication. Not saying it ain’t so BUT…
Met, it can happen anywhere, whether it’s public or private care but you see this free business, I just stay away from it. If doctor prescribe medication for me, I ensure that I ask them what they are and what they are for and still do my own research after leaving their office. I go as far as looking up the dosage. This is a tragic situation though but we really don’t know yet if it is the medication or if it was something else. Very sad. RIP little angel

As a mother my heart aches for her and my condolence. Losing a child is just an awful thing.
