I am the daughter of Clayton Trench,and today is father’s day in 2018 and I am still searching for clues to find him.I am hoping if any one could help me find him. What exactly she mean by “if you know or seen what happened”? Was he kidnapped? Little girl, I hope your mother is aware of this post and I hope she can get you some counselling for whatever it is you’re going through. My dad died when I was nine but we had a body to bury. I understand how rough it is growing up without a father and I hope your mother is able to support you emotionally and otherwise. Finally, I hope you find the answers you are seeking, but in the mean time, hold your head up, do well in school and even if you don’t find him, atleast you’ll know that he would be proud to have a child like you.
Considering she is ten, maybe she mean if he was abducted, if was harmed in some way, if he was murdered.
If this is the same music man Freckles, apparently he was a single father and one day he just disappeared, about the time the child was 5 yrs old. Nobody believes that Freckles just abandoned his child like that considering he was her primary caregiver. Something unsavoury happened to Freckles and everyone knows it. I hope somebody does come forward and speak up so the family can have closure.

It’s been a while. She was around 5 the last time I saw her. We were still hopeful that we would have heard something;knowing my Uncle he would never abandon his children.Sighs. This child is so proper. Definitely my Uncle’s child.My Uncle always aimed to look Immaculate. Presentation is/was key. Sighs.

Richie/Freckles has really left a void in so many lives. He could be said to be my brother – he was my sister’s brother. I remember the day coming from work and hearing on Irie Fm Music News that he was missing. Not another word about him. Such fond memories of him visiting Portland and sharing fun times with us. We can’t help but wonder daily what has happened to him. Did his altercation with this ‘righteous’ rasta artiste really lead to his disappearance? I never met his daughter but I heard so much about her. We continue to hold out hope that one day we will get answers………
Ppl dont just disappear in Jamaica unless Dem dead. Ppl knows what happen Dem just not talking.. Nickfoto works and his cousin disappear just like freckles never to be seen or hear from again. lots of ppl disappear a Jamaica and never hear from again its a trend..
It was yesterday that I was talking about you about how I miss you and grateful for all the things that you’ve taught me.After the passing of your Sister. You took it upon yourself to move back to Jamaica to take care of us (my older brother and I). You also took it upon yourself to take care of your brother’s 3kids after he was murdered.You took on a lot. Summers consisted of you fulling your house with all your neices and nephew. You wanted us to have a close bond. Teetee I feel your pain Cous and I feel it every day. He was a great man. I didn’t understand his lessons at the time but as I grew older I understood his actions and appreciloved them.
Uncle Richard where ever you are. We miss you and want you home. Your children miss you. I recalled before getting kids of your own. Your nieces and nephews were your world and you ours.
