A March 16 court date has set for three men, including a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, accused of being involved in last April’s contract-style killing of a man at a school gate in Albion, St. Thomas.
The men are all charged with murder and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
They had their case committed to the St. Thomas Circuit Court after the matter came up before the Parish Court on Friday.
Constable Bradon Logan who was attached to the Hunt’s Bay Police Station, along with his co-accused Shamalo Panton and Nowayne Ennis both of a Kingston 13 address, were also charged under the Criminal Justice Act for participating in criminal organization.
Their bail of $3-million was extended.
The men, who were traveling in a car, were intercepted by the police along the Bull Bay main road hours after 33-year-old Carl Armstrong was gunned down in front of students at the Grant’s Pen Primary School.
