Thanks again for the word list. To the poster: you’re a lifesaver. I applaud your effort. There are times when I get confused about using the word “were” in a sentence too, more so when speaking than in writing. For instance, we were on our way to _____. They were doing ______. Where were you _____? I’m sure some would agree that “were” is a very tricky verb.
On another note, it would be good idea to introduce a word or two words of the day segment, Met.
Just something to think about.
Don’t forget these additional two words, lose – to fail/to suffer a loss and loose – not tight/not fastened in place. Example: The quickest way to lose your boyfriend is to have a loose vagina.
my supervisor just ask me if I need some counseling–I was laughing so hard when this popped up–METTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT wtf u no stop
