Good morning, please post for me, we need to put Digicel out there for them to realize that we the people of Jamaica are really fed up of their little scamming games!
So after logging into Facebook I received a notification from @DIGICELJamaica stating that my free YouTube data is finished, I didn’t clicked on anything when I logged into Facebook and I don’t have the YouTube app on my phone, this resulted into me losing data, when I contacted Digicel they asked me for my data usage on the phone, I screenshot it and gave it to them along with all the apps I have on the phone…. which is a few…. My data usage reads: 86.5 mg and the uninstalled apps 9.0 mg the data that I had on my phone was more than 400mb plus my Social Media add on…. Now their Supervisor Mario is going to tell me he’s not working with what my phone is saying he working with what their system records… This is what Digicel customers have to endure and they keep raising the prices for their plans!! When will this end?! I’m tired of them!!😡 So I’m basically charged for YouTube when I logged into Facebook!
