DO NOT FEAR CRITICISM
They hate the light because they want to sin in the darkness. They stay away from the light for fear their sins will be exposed and they will be punished. But those who do what is right come to the light gladly, so everyone can see that they are doing what God wants.” John 3:20 – 21
A lot of people put limits in their lives because they are afraid of what people think or say about them. Haven’t you seen people who have enough money to build a big house but they choose to go on living in a rented apartment or build a small house because they do not want people to talk about them? What about people who are oppressed by religious spirits who have convinced them that in order for them to truly look holy they must not dress well and acquire some basic comforts that make life pleasant. Some even hide the fact that they are wealthy and prosperous because they believe that people will become envious and start fighting them in order to pull them down to destruction.
But in order to fulfill your purpose in life and live the quality of life that God in His mercy has granted for you to live, you must overcome the efforts of others to pull you down. The ability to respond positively to criticisms and tolerate the hatred of people who are jealous of your achievements in life will liberate you from the fear of being judged by other people. Besides, if you limit your actions in life to just the things that nobody could possibly find fault with, you will not achieve much. I believe that Nicodemus would have been one of the twelve or the thirteenth disciple if he had the courage to openly interact with Jesus; he came in the cover of darkness to ask Jesus some very fundamental questions because he did not want to be criticized by the Pharisees. And even after Jesus had revealed to him the truth about being born again in order to enter into the kingdom of God, Nicodemus still went away and never returned; not because he did not believe Jesus but probably because he was still afraid of criticism. Do not live under that kind of oppression; you must rise up and silence the voice of the accuser speaking reproach into your mind and using the unruly tongues of others to intimidate you.
Liberation thought: God has not given us the spirit of fear.

Prayer:
• I come against every spirit of low self-esteem in Jesus name
• Declare this loud and clear three times; I am a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, I belong to God. I am liberated
• Every demonic operation setting me up for failure be destroyed in Jesus name
Thank you.
