Four students are among five people being treated for bullet wounds following an attack in Greenvale, Manchester on Thursday.
The students from Mile Gully, Cross Keys and Bellefield high schools are in stable condition.
One of the students, who is a member of his school’s football team, was shot at least three times.
It is reported that two of the students were among a group playing football on Bethel Street about 5 pm when a car drove up, three men alighted and opened gunfire on the group.
