GOD IS FIGHTING FOR YOU
I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the LORD sustains me. I will not fear the tens of thousands drawn up against me on every side. Psalm 3:5 – 6
They say that it doesn’t just rain, it pours sometimes; troubles have a way of coming against you sometimes from every angle, unannounced. The bills to be paid just keep multiplying and the money to pay is not enough. New infectious diseases are being discovered regularly and anyone is at risk of being infected. Wars are being fought everywhere and innocent people are dying in their thousands. Violent crimes happen in the streets of our cities and ritualists boldly roam around looking for their next victim for their evil rituals. These days, people say they sleep with just one eye closed because anything can happen.
But God’s children do not have to sleep with one eye closed because He who watches over Israel never sleeps nor slumbers. Moreover, unless the Lord watches over a city, the watchman watches in vain. We can sleep with our two eyes closed because we dwell in the secret place of the most high and abide under the shadow of the Almighty who has declared that a thousand may fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you. Are we not supposed to trample down lions and poisonous snakes?
The devil is defeated. Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor fear the dangers of the day, nor dread the plague that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday; God has commanded His angels to watch over you. The witches who have been tormenting you from your father’s house are going to be stranded and disgraced because they will come as usual but they will not find you. You lost your job, your money, your business, a contract, a house or even your family, I come to remind you to hold your peace for God is fighting for you and you will experience victory in every area of your life in Jesus mighty name. Amen!
