GOD IS IN CONTROL
Would ye tarry for them till they were grown? Would ye stay for them from having husbands? Nay, my daughters; for it grieveth me much for your sakes that the hand of the Lord is gone out against me. Ruth 1:13
The devil knew Naomi was a part of the divine scheme of things and lineage of the messiah and so went ahead to eliminate that possibility by killing her sons; making her life unbearable. The devil of course knows when a super star is born and will put laws and scenarios in place that will work against that super-star and ultimately stop him or her from fulfilling destiny. That is why the devil tried to annihilate male children when Moses and Jesus were born so he could nib their destinies in the bud. If you look at your life closely, you will certainly identify ways and means the enemy has created scenarios and even prompted the enactment of laws that will terminate your destiny.
God did not raise His hand against Naomi as she thought; He certainly is not a dramatic King who loves to create problems simply because He can solve them. God does not have a fire brigade approach to situations. And, God certainly does not respond to the devil, God has set His plans in motion and no matter what the devil does to thwart it, His will, plans, must and will come to pass.
When Jesus says yes to you, nobody can say no. who is that spiritual spouse that has sworn that you will never get married and is killing all the people you have been engaged to? Who is that spiritual spouse that have been killing your children because you defied the evil law instituted against you and got married, and now because your marriage cannot be destroyed, it is doing everything possible to stop you from having children? None shall be barren in the land! Don’t give up, don’t quit, God is in control; His promises and plans for your life must come to pass.
