GUNMAN KILLED ON BUS HE TRIED TO ROB

A gunman is dead and two persons left nursing bullet wounds following a robbery attempt on a Toyota Coaster bus on Sunday morning.

The deceased has been identified as 23 year old Kingsley Gunter.

The incident occurred along Spanish Town road about 5:55.

Reports indicate that the bus left downtown, Kingston and had reached in the vicinity of Horizon Remand Centre when the gunman shot a male passenger in the neck and foot. He then shot the conductor in the shoulder.

A security guard challenged the gunman and during an exchange, the gunman was shot.

The injured persons were taken to hospital, where the gunman was pronounced dead.

The other persons were treated. Their injuries are not considered life threatening.

The police say a gun was seized.

  1. So many young men (21, 22, 23 year olds) murdered while committing crime in Jamaica. An entire generation wiping themselves out because them thief and red eye. Find something do !!!

  2. There is a picture of two males, I’m I correct that one of the males are the Robber that was killed? if so, which one?
