Just ridiculous! This mother in law should no longer be able to see the chilld without supervision and hubby needs a few good words as it is clear he doesn’t understand the magnitude of the issue. Mom please reassure this baby that she is beautiful with her natural hair and then teach her to respectfully speak up for herself. I recall seeing little babies with their scalps burnt up in the 80s and 90s singing to the tune of just for me relaxer kits. This is a no no!

Just tell her how you feel the same way you stated above.That you didn’t like that she permed your child her without you permission. You dont have to curse your mother in law. And my suggestion to you let the Dominican take care of your daughter hair until the perm has fully grown out.
I gone off this post yaw because I would rough up mother-in-law about it so bad (sans expletives), but it would be a very effective rough up including a real threat that if she ever do something like that again is police, social services everybody I’d be calling on her. All husband would get rough up too for his nonchalance so I’m not sure what this lady asking. Mi gone.
