At Knutsford Express in montego bay to pick up a package that was suppose to be here from 6:30 now I am been told that I won’t receive it until 9 pm because it did not make it on the 3pm bus hmm mind you this package made it on time way before the time for the 6pm arrival in mobay this is how these people want to treat poor people and act as if it is ok to do these things to people who made their business possible and I know that this is not the first

Oh gosh, could just be a simple mistake, every company makes one ever so often. How poor ppl come into the argument now. While I am sure the experience is annoying let’s not make it more than it is. Shit, I have had a delivery company updated my order as delivered when they didn’t even show up. If I had not been tracking them online at work and calling back at home it would have been my word against theirs. This is a simple logistics error and while annoying does not call for some of the harsh wording in the letter.
If u have a problem with knutsford express then don’t use dem. We sender while I understand ur situation, don’t be u grateful and u reasonable. Knutsford express has done more good than bad, stop acting like no service provider service is 100%. See fly Jamaica not even refund the customers yet nor pay them staff. Little hecups will happen, but please don’t blow the thing out a proportion man. Gosh uno ungrateful sometimes.
