Police in Clarendon are investigating the death of a man whose body was found this morning in a gully in Sandy Bay, with his throat slashed.
The victim has since been identified as 34 year-old Richard Williams of Sandy Bay.
Residents told IRIE FM News, that around 5:30 this morning loud explosions were heard in the community but it is uncertain if the incident has any connection.
The body was found in a nearby gully with the throat slashed and head bashed.
