The St Ann police are searching for a man who stabbed a security guard during a dispute they had at a woman’s house in Parry Town in the parish on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as 26-year-old Chevon Bryan, alias ‘Carvo’ or ‘Indian’ of Morris Hill, Parry Town in St Ann.
Reports are that at about 11:30 a.m., Bryan was at a woman’s house in the community when a man went to the premises.
An argument later developed between Bryan and the man.
It is reported that shortly after, residents saw Bryan running from the house with a stab wound to the neck. He collapsed and was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The other man fled the scene of the attack.
Unconfirmed reports from residents are that both men had relationships with the woman.
