The police are probing the execution-style killing of a 48 year old electrician at his house in Constitution Hill, St. Andrew, on Wednesday.
The cops are trying to determine whether the victim, Lloyd Rhoden, was targeted because he was a complainant in a criminal case.
It is reported that, shortly after 3 o’clock Wednesday morning, residents heard gunfire.
About four hours later, Mr. Rhoden’s bullet-riddled body was found in his bed.
The cops found 20 spent shells at the scene.
It’s reported that Mr. Rhoden was scheduled to give testimony on January 24 in an assault case before the St. Andrew Parish Court.
