Two men are to appear in court on charges of breaching the Sexual Offences Act following incidents on February 20 in St. Elizabeth and St Ann.
They are 25 year-old Okello Piper, a school bus operator of Fraser, St. Elizabeth and 32 year-old Fidel Jarrett, a labourer of Seacrest, Discovery Bay, St. Ann.
Mr. Piper is accused of forcibly having sexual intercourse with a 13 year-old student while he was transporting her home.
He has been charged with Grievous Sexual Assault and Rape.
Mr. Jarrett allegedly had sexual intercourse with the complainant when she went to collect money from him.
He has been charged with rape.

U make a fair enough point that he deserved to be stabbed,hopefully to death….but plz don’t generalize abt all yard men,better u say SOME are a mess.We should be asking our Legislators if 15yrs prison term is really a fair punishment for robbing children of their innocence!!??Ideally we should take it one step further and demand the death penalty for even molesting a child much less rape!!
Fully agree Yardie. 15 yrs should be for attempting and 25 to life for rape. Its just like murder as you have robbed a person of their life.
