Nothing Without Labour

“How long will you slumber, O sluggard? When will you rise from your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to sleep-So shall your poverty come on you like a prowler, And your need like an armed man.”

(Proverbs 6:9-11)

But only those people that till their ‘earth; can enjoy the profit of their work. Your mind and your hand are your means of relating with your ‘earth’. Both are the source of your riches. With your mind, you prospect your ground and with your hand, you till it.

There is every assurance of reward if you would find good work to do; rise up to a worthwhile job rather than folding your hands and so allow poverty come on you like a prowler. You should not lazy about your life because that empowers your needs, like an armed man, to hold you to ransom. God has done everything He needed to do for man. He gave him a mind and hands. He created everything that needs to be created and has charged us with the duty of inventions. Your blessing is determined by what you do with your hands. I speak to every seed I have sown and I command you to yield a mighty harvest in Jesus Name!
Let every pest that is assigned to destroy my harvest be consumed by fire!
