POLICE KILLED IN STONY HILL

The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of one of their colleagues whose body was found in a car in Bowden Hill, Stony Hill, St. Andrew on Friday morning.

Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay, head of the Jamaica Constabulary Force Corporate Communication Unit, said the 55 year old Detective Sergeant was attached to a division in Kingston.

His body was found about 7 o’clock in the back of a white Toyota Corolla.

The identity of the cop has not yet been released.
