PRAYER CHANGES DESTINY
And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested. 1Chronicles 4:10
The psalmist says why do the heathen rage and the people imagine vain things because God who sits in heaven is sovereign over all things and watches faithfully to give victory to His children. That is why it is laughable sometimes when the devil conspires with ignorant people to institute certain things that will work against certain people because the Sovereign God who never sleeps or slumbers will always triumphantly intervene when such people cry out to Him in prayer. Jabez’s mother out of ignorance named him after the pain she went through during his birth. That is a typical example of the ignorance that the enemy exploits and uses against people. But the Bible says Jabez was conscious enough to cry out to God to change his story and replace the pain in his life to blessing. He prayed to the God of Israel saying: “Bless me, God, and give me much land. Be with me and keep me from anything evil that might cause me pain.”
What are you doing about that ancestral curse you inherited; it is destroying your life and even the lives of your children are also being affected? The doctor have said that sickness is hereditary in your family; it killed your grandmother; your mother is dying and you are scared stiff that the symptoms will soon start manifesting in your body; are you just going to helplessly wait for your turn? Let the story of Jabez inspire you to fight back with prayer because God answers prayers.
The way out of the troubles we face in life is prayer. Prayer remains the master key that unlocks every door of blessing that has been shut against us and permanently locks every evil door through which the enemy enters into our lives to afflict us. Prayer is a process that requires faith and patience but a lot of Christians have given up on prayer because they lack the tenacity to patiently wait in faith.

Prayer:
Let the Blood of Jesus wash away every inherited problem that has kept me in bondage, in the name of Jesus!
I declare that the circumstances of my life are turning around for my good, in the mighty name of Jesus.
I command blindness to fall on every stubborn pursuer of my life, in the name of Jesus.
Thank you ✨✨✨✨✨
